Meet our team
At Balance Care, our team is diverse, passionate, and proudly unconventional. We are people who question, learn, and bring creativity to everything we do.
Our varied backgrounds and experiences shape the way we support the individuals in our care. We value curiosity, empathy, and fresh perspectives, because it’s these qualities that help us deliver person-centred, innovative, and meaningful support.
Behind every role, from Support Worker to senior leadership, are people who care deeply, embrace challenges, and are committed to making a real difference. Take the time to get to know us — and you’ll discover a team that’s as unique as the individuals we support.
