  • Rav Sekhon
    Rav Sekhon Supported Living Service Manager

    Rav Sekhon joined the organisation in April 2018 and has driven the service forwards to meet CQC regulations and deliver high quality care. Rav has extensive experience in the delivery of Supported Living services for adults with complex care needs. The concept of Balance Care was developed by Rav to bridge a gap that exists in service provision and enable the delivery of the transforming care agenda. The service will provide focussed transitional support for individuals coming from an inpatient environment into the community with specialist involvement. Rav is currently the Registered Manager for the service.

  • Dr Jonathan Rogers
    Dr Jonathan Rogers Head of Clinical Research

    Dr Jonathan Rogers (Head of Clinical Research), the former head and developer of the first ever high secure Neurorehabilitation Services in the UK at Ashworth High Secure Hospital in Liverpool, one of only 3 High Security hospitals in England and Wales. It was here that he was awarded his Consultant status in 2005. He was also the first Mental Health Consultant to win the NHS Innovation award (2006) and the NHS Travel award (2007). Dr Rogers has presented at conferences and events across Europe, America and Australia. He has a number of publications of which his main contribution being “A Handbook of Forensic Neurorehabilitation”

  • Andrea Shaw
    Andrea Shaw Office Manager

    Andrea Shaw has an extensive background in administrative work having worked in the NHS for a number of years. Andrea is key to providing support to all of the team with essential background support, and also, development and maintenance of systems and processes to ensure the service runs smoothly.

  • Kelly Conway and Warren Ford
    Kelly Conway and Warren Ford Senior Support Workers

    Kelly Conway and Warren Ford have vast experience in the health and social care sector and have worked with people that have complex needs for number of years. Combined, they form the Senior Support Worker team, and have successfully supported with the progression of a number of people within the service.

  • Enquiries, Admissions and Lettings Co-ordinator

    This person is currently being recruited. The individual will provide office support and will also be dedicated supporting with the transition each person has from initial assessment through to handing over keys to their new home.

  • Nurse Assessor and Manager

    This person is currently being recruited. The individual will provide clinical support to the service to enable immediate clinical input to each person that we support. In addition, there will be operational responsibility shared with this person.
