Rav has extensive experience in the delivery of Supported Living services for adults with complex care needs. The concept of Balance Care was developed by Rav to bridge a gap that exists in service provision and enable the delivery of the transforming care agenda. The service will provide focussed transitional support for individuals coming from an inpatient environment into the community with specialist involvement. Rav is currently the Registered Manager for the service.

Andrea Shaw has an extensive background in administrative work having worked in the NHS for a number of years. Andrea is key to providing support to all of the team with essential background support, and also, development and maintenance of systems and processes to ensure the service runs smoothly.

Kelly Conway and Warren Ford have vast experience in the health and social care sector and have worked with people that have complex needs for number of years. Combined, they form the Senior Support Worker team, and have successfully supported with the progression of a number of people within the service.

This person is currently being recruited. The individual will provide office support and will also be dedicated supporting with the transition each person has from initial assessment through to handing over keys to their new home.

This person is currently being recruited. The individual will provide clinical support to the service to enable immediate clinical input to each person that we support. In addition, there will be operational responsibility shared with this person.
